Trust in the Lord
It’s time that we put our trust in someone, not something.
Don’t trust a system, money, or your job to make ends meet. Don’t trust in something, trust in someone who makes all things.
No one will do the trusting for you, so trust in the One who is for you.
The Bible is the most credible book in the world and has to say a lot about living and how to respond to life trials. I want to focus on two of my favorite Bible verses of all time, I’ve hold on to these in my heart and my hope is that you may have Joy over God’s promise for your life.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.” — Proverbs 3:5–6
I know you are afraid right now. Let’s face you have some worry that may come and go, but to others the worry stays and camps in their heart. I once heard someone say worry is like a rocking chair, a whole lot of moving but you don’t go anywhere. Worry releases stress hormones and affects your body, science say’s you actually lower your immune system and cause muscle aches. Worry affects your heart and the Bible says “above all else Guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it” — Proverbs 4:23
